To be shown at on the big screen at Little Place, Silver Street, DT7 3HR, at 7.00pm for 7.30pm on Monday 19 September 2011
For the first film of this Autumn's monthly evening series we will be
showing the superb portrait of Anselm Keifer entitled Over Your Cities Grass
will Grow.

This is a compelling documentary about the controversial German artist
beautifully shot by Sophie Fiennes in the South of France.  Much of the film
is wordless, giving a very dramatic portrait of this maverick artist. This
is an absorbing and thought provoking film, and a good start to the season.

To avoid disappointment email Hugh in order to book your seat as we can only
seat 20 and that¹s a squeeze, this evening is being further promoted by Lyme
Regis Artsfest 2011.

Bring a friend or two and £5 contribution please for a ringside seat and a
glass of wine or two to aid discussion by the log fire afterwards.  And
please let us hear your views on the subjects screened.  Feedback and lively
craic is invited and encouraged.  It helps me plan what to show next.

The film is shown as part of this year’s Lyme Regis ArtsFest of Open
Studios, Exhibitions, Events and Workshops. Get your free brochure in town
today (at the Artshop The Town Mill or the Tourist Information Centre).

Within the programme will be an opportunity to see West Country Galleries’ popular resident artist Hugh Dunford Wood showing his recently developed technique of assembled lino prints - Collino Printing in the new Marine Shelters on Saturday 17 September 10.30-4pm. Go along
it’s free and you will find it interesting.
