This one-day workshop will help you connect with your essential inner creativity and embrace life in a joyous fuller way.

Combining meditation, play, movement, stillness and using different mediums, Ahrabella Heabe helps you be inspired to free your creativity.

Held in Ahrabella Heabe’s home and studio, the workshop gives a mix of playfulness and reflection with supportive coaching for self-development.

A delicious vegetarian/ raw vegan lunch is included in the workshop.
